Really friendly staff daycare we came from out of state to go to the park we had everything prearranged went smoothly our bits was wore out when we picked her up
Our dog always gets a wonderful groom and nail trim. He is taken in and finished in a timely manner.
The staff are always a pleasure to deal with and seem to genuinely love dogs. I don't ever have to worry about my dog not being taken care of and the entire experience is phenomenal. Cody has always been especially pleasant and obviously loves dogs (which has been a huge part of why I keep coming back).
Koda is a 9-month-Old German Sheppard puppy that continues to benefit daily by socializing and relationship building with the staff and fur friends he has made in the day care. Highlights include; 1). Kodas Self Control has improved since starting daycare at Logans House. We see the positive results of Staffs work when Koda is at home. 2) Even with 16 weeks of prior formal training, significant issues have been corrected and attributed to staffs' hands on approach. 3) Koda's appearance has never been better. He is groomed weekly! The best Groomers Koda has had can be found at Logans House in Gurnee. I strongly recommend Logans House be given serious consideration when searching for day care, Grooming services in the Gurnee.
Daycare service is great but they do not strictly follow grooming instructions….every time she is too short….i can see her skin…and they trim her face so she looks like a terrier not a Shih Tzu. I wanted to give them a third chance but they argued loudly and tried to make me feel stupid…so 3 strikes…I am out!

I am extremely pleased with the patience and care that the staff gives my dog. He's (Gunner) a rescue and he's a great boy, yet I'm not sure of his back story other than he's very friendly with all humans and definitely likes other dogs but doesn't quite know how to socialize with other pups... he's a bit much. Gunner suffers from severe separation anxiety as well. He's fine so long as he has someone with him. I thought maybe putting him in pup school would stress him out once we leave him at drop off but nope. He loves it.... as soon a a we pull up he's off and pulling to get to the door. I think it's fantastic that the staff at logans house accepted him at al, like I said, he's a high energy pup and doesn't understand proper socialization *play time & boundaries* with others. All he wants to do is play but for others it's a lot to take in. So I very much appreciate that at logans house they seem to truly understand that he's a good boy but needs some work. What better way to learn than to allow him access to other dogs! He will catch on and also as he matures it will all fall into place! I love that he gets the opportunity to be a well rounded happy pup at the end of the day. And it definitely takes a ton of worry off my shoulders when (prior to L.H.) its time to go to work and I'd have to put him in a cage! Thank you so much for taking care of him and allowing him to be part of the pack. I know he's had much fun each time he goes because he's super exhausted at the end of the day which is 👌 I love to see his pics each day and hearing and seeing who his new friends are... that's awesome! What a relief to know i can bring my dog to logans house and I don't have to worry about if he's sad or stressed out because he''s having the time of his life while he's there. At the very worst he gets a time out here and there which is okay by me. I know he's safe and being loved on by staff. Thank you so much.. 💓
Owners are very nice and they do a great job on my dogs.
With Logan's, I have peace of mind whenever I have to leave my dog for daycare or boarding. She gets very excited the moment we arrive at the parking lot. She's very anxious around strangers and other dogs but she loves getting the extra petting and cuddles from the staff, which make her feel relaxed enough to have fun.

went here to get my chocolate lab puppy cleaned and nails trimmed for the first time. they did an excellent job! staff also was very friendly and helpful. we will be returning!
I can’t say enough good things about Logan’s House. I needed a safe, trustworthy place to leave my dog for the day while attending my son’s Navy boot camp graduation, and they exceeded every expectation. They were able to take my dog as early as 6:00 a.m., which was a huge help. From the moment I dropped him off, I felt completely at ease. The facility is very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up. My dog spent the day playing with other dogs under close supervision, and it was obvious he was well cared for and comfortable. I picked him up later that afternoon, and he came home happy, relaxed, and slept great that night. That alone says a lot. We were also able to call during the day and get updates, which really meant a lot to me and showed how attentive and accommodating the staff is. The team here is outstanding. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the dogs. I didn’t use the grooming services this time since I had already had him groomed before flying out, but after seeing how they run their operation and how well they treated my dog for just one day, I have no doubt their grooming services are just as excellent. It’s easy to see why they have so many great reviews. I live in Homestead, Florida, and honestly wish I had a place like this near home. Logan’s House is the kind of business you hope to find when you really need it. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for daycare or grooming. They are well deserving of continued success and loyal customers. Thank you again to the entire Logan’s House team for going above and beyond.

I couldn’t be happier with Logan’s House. The staff is truly amazing professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the moment I drop Rex off, I feel completely safe and confident that he’s in great hands. It’s clear that they take the time to know each dog and treat them like their own. Rex always comes home happy, and that peace of mind means everything to me. I would absolutely trust the team at Logan’s House on a personal level to take care of him, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place they can genuinely rely on.

Logan’s House is easily the best groomer I have ever brought my dogs to! Everyone is unbelievably helpful and kind, and they do such an amazing job. I will never not bring my dogs here!
Have used them for boarding 3x and was disappointed each time. Their updates are not sent on boarding stays with the owners. Confusing pricing. Gave my dogs' blankets back covered in pee. Kept bowls that were packed with my dogs things.
We love this place. Everyone so nice and helpful, he always comes out super clean and smelling good. I love they actually have them play with other dogs while he waits for us to pick him up, so he's not in cage during that time.
Very good place to have your dog boarded. They even offer a service where they will take your dog home with them for the night, which is great for dogs that have bad anxiety and would rather be in a home setting. Very reasonable prices for all of their services
LOVED THIS PLACE. my husband took our 4yr old pitbull Tank, to his FIRST nail and ear cleaning appointment and nothing but great results. my husband got to meet owner for check in and he was greeted with nothing but positive energy! our pitbull does have anxiety but still was able to feel comfortable with their staff. we will be coming here regularly now! thank you so much for your service!

I have been taking my dog Bugsy for daycare on weekends since he was just a few months old. He loves it here so much that he pulls me to the door when he's getting dropped off. The staff is amazing. They are very sweet and loving to my Bugsy.
What a wonderful experience. All the staff was wonderful and helpful. It’s was an easy visit for nail trimming and filing in and out. They treated my dog like he was their own. I finally found a place I’m comfortable taking and leaving my dog with. This will be our permanent place for grooming from now on. Thank you for the wonderful experience and support.
Won a free nail trim at the farmers market! I was nervous since our dog is not a fan of nail trims. The vet struggles even when he’s drugged up. The staff of Logan’s made sure to do everything they could to put my mind at ease and did end up getting the job done! Definitely have some progress to make with our dog but I’m grateful for the staff that were able to cut his nails! I know they have to feel so much better :)
I highly recommend Logan’s house for doggy day care!! Toughest part of any vacation is leaving my pup somewhere, but Tasha and Keith at Logan’s House Dog Daycare & Grooming turned my 2 week trip into a worry free joy for my 1.5 years old pup, Angad. From the moment I dropped him off, they welcomed him with such warmth, treating him like their own family. They handled his specially made home cooked food with incredible care, keeping his diet perfect, and sent me regular updates that put my mind at ease. The cherry on top was a video call where I saw Angad’s tail wagging wildly as he played with their sweet doggy, Bentley, those 2 became the best of pals, chasing each other in the fun, sprawling fenced backyard! Tasha and Keith have a magical way with dogs, giving Angad the perfect balance of playtime for his Wheaten energy and cuddles when he craved a cozy moment. Their grooming left his coat fluffy and handsome, and when I picked him up, his happy prance showed how much he loved his stay. Tasha and Keith, your thoughtful updates and that heartwarming video call meant everything to me, and I’m so grateful for the love you poured into Angad’s care. Logan’s House is a true haven for pets, and I’ll be raving about you to every pet parent I meet!

I learned several new things about this small business located in the same plaza as Riverside Cafe (on Milwaukee between Grand & Washington). 1) They groom cats as well as dogs. Who knew that was a thing? 2) They offer a free wash and brush-out to all adopted rescue pets. 3) For overnight boarding they take your pet home with them for a better "away" experience. Open 7-days a week. They offer short-term drop-offs. Here's an idea, spa day for both you and your pet. You can both get your nails done.

Amazing experience with this team. We left our large amstaff for a week with them and they did a fantastic job integrating him in with the other dogs. Our dog was taken care of very well during our trip and came back bathed and happy as ever. Awesome experience.
Used Logan's House for boarding my dog recently. She absolutely loved it and came back exhausted. I loved the app that they used that allowed you to see pictures that the staff take of your dog during their stay. Highly recommend!

Logan’s house is absolutely amazing!!! When we pull down the street and my dog realizes where we are going he starts crying bc I can’t get him out of the car quick enough!!! They always take such good care of him and we love that they have little report cards on the app so you can see pictures and how he did. When it comes to boarding they are amazing! I love that they take the dogs home to their house so the dog isn’t sitting in a cold kennel alone! This helped with our stress of going out of the country and leaving him at a kennel! Tasha even provided us photos while we were on our trip so we could check in and feel safe!! Love Logan’s house! They are amazing!
We have a 2 year old 70lb Goldendoodle and Logan’s House is the absolute BEST in the area! They are the ONLY place that was able to groom him without it causing him major anxiety. The owner and groomers are extremely caring, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I called 2 days after a major surgery because my dog rolled in something awful and I physically couldn’t give him a bath. Not only did they squeeze him in with a moment’s notice, they offered to come out to my car and take him in and out for me. The prices are fair given the high quality work they do. Having always had longer haired, non-shedding dogs, we know how hard it is to find groomers who have the skills and patience to do these kinds of grooms. Not only did Logan’s House provide quality work but they were so helpful teaching us what worked best for our dog (ex: keeping him shorter in the summer and longer in the winter but adding more bath/brush outs in between cuts). We no longer live in the area but we would have continued to be loyal Logan’s House customers had we not moved. Photo is before and after of our last visit before moving.

My family and I bring all our pets to Logan’s House. They are amazing! They take good care of my 10 month old great dane and are even able to bathe the beast who hates baths. We love Logan’s House!
The workers are always very nice and my little Zoey looks great after every Grooming appointment. They always ask and groom my dog according to what I want. I love that it is a small business and they make you feel like you are part of their family.
Tasha been absolutely wonderful. Been here with my puppy 2 times and i will keep going back. She is fantastic with the dogs really pays attention to their well being while taking care of the service. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. She always know how to get my little ruby looking good. Even while it growing out still looks great! 1st pic is same week as haircut 2nd is 3-4 weeks grown out.
I have taken my 4 month old miniature poodle/bichon to Logan’s and had a great experience with their grooming. Setting up the appointment was easiest for me over the phone as a first time experience having my pup groomed and received my pup looking handsome. They took the upmost care of my pup and took the time to educate me on the nature of grooming and what to expect. Communication is thorough and they take of your pup like family. I have signed up my pup for obedience classes at Logan’s and look forward to that with them too! Highly recommend!

I have been bringing my dog Oreo to Logan's since she was a puppy. I went from having one dog to three dogs within a few months and it has been hard to keep up with grooming. I appreciate getting a free day of daycare with every grooming. Every staff I talk with is very friendly and loves my dogs. The owners seem very involved with the day to day stuff too. Definitely a great family business. When I have to work, I feel great dropping them off at Logan's because I know they will have a great day with a lot of love and enrichment.
Brought in great dane as local grooming stores tighten collar etc. They not only brushed her but bathed her in an indoor open environment. Two groomers Took only 2 hours. They also have daycare and boarding.

First time using this business as a doggy daycare for a few hours and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE ENVIRONMENT! The prices are VERY VERY AFFORDABLE!!!!!! They also have a very easy account registration process and booking process. Logan’s House was very welcoming and they were able to take my 2.5 month old puppy named Red, in since he had all his shots. The staff was really friendly, they were all very knowledgeable about dogs and I felt super confident and comfortable leaving my puppy in their hands. I will 100% be returning for future services with this business. Thank you for letting Red hang out with you all for the day! I now have one very tired puppy 🐶 🤭

**UPDATE** The owner of this business, Tasha, reached out to me and personally took care of my dog and made my poor experience right. After seeing her go out of her way to make right on my experience, I will give this business another chance, as it is a nice small business to support in Gurnee. Tasha did a fantastic job grooming my dog and fixing the mistakes that were made. ** Upsetting experience. I had an appointment for my dog to be groomed at 9 am. Originally was told the appointment would last an hour to an hour and a half. The day I arrived to drop her off, was told they were running behind and it would be a couple of hours. I called at 12:30 pm to see how my dog was doing because I hadn’t heard from them, and was informed she was just starting to be groomed, 3 1/2 hours after the time I had scheduled for an appointment. What’s the point of an appointment time if that happens? The prices are very reasonable, which I liked and was a reason to go with Logan’s House, as I love supporting local small businesses. I paid extra for a deshedding shampoo and deshedding “treatment” for my dog. Complete waste of money. I understand she sheds a lot, Australian Shepard/English Setter mix, but after this supposed “treatment,” there was literally no difference made. In reference to the grooming part, there were a number of mistakes, that conveniently weren’t able to be fixed because by the time I picked her up the groomer had left for the day. Love to support small business in Gurnee but I’ll be trying out other groomers in the area after this experience and don’t think I’ll just throw my money down the drain here again.

My first experience with Logan's House was when they first opened. I entered a drawing and won a gift certificate. Unfortunately our old dog passed away before we could redeem the gift. When Logan's House found out, they send us the most beautiful flower arrangement with a very heartfelt sympathy card. The staff didn't know us or our dog and we had never even been to the shop. They did this purely out of kindness. We recently got a new teddy bear puppy and Logan's House was the first place we thought of when she needed to be groomed. We were so nervous leaving her for the first time but the staff instantly made us feel comfortable. They took the time to get to know our puppy and really listened to what sort of haircut we wanted for her. It was such a great experience and we have a super cute, fluffy puppy!!! Thank you Logan's House!!!
I love the Logan house, it is a very nice place where they love the puppies, I like the dedication and care they give them and what I can say about Tasha, she is an excellent person, you can feel her good energy and a very noble person with a Huge heart would definitely recommend the Logan house🙌🥰🥰🥰🐶🐕🦮🐩🐕🦺🐾🦴
I’ve been bringing my fur babies to Logan’s House. I love the way that my dogs run around freely and play with other dogs. Logan’s House is crate free even during overnight boarding. My fur babies feel at home with Tasha and her family. They are the best. Thank you for taking care of them when we’re away. We know they are in good hands.
Very friendly staff. As long as my dog wags his tail and gets excited when I pull up, then I am not worried. I look forward to his report cards. Somehow they can get better pictures of my dog than I can. :P
My very high-energy puppy, Dorito Doggy, has a blast every time she gets to play at Logan's House. She comes home needing a nap, which makes her very happy. The staff has been very helpful and incredibly caring. We love the report card and photos they send to us. Dorito has also had her nails trimmed at Logan's House. They have always done a nice job. We highly recommend Logan's House. Your dog will love you even more for having them play at their doggy day care. ❤️
We take our dogs in for monthly nail trims. They are genuinely excited to see my hounds when I bring them in and take great care of them! The pups staying there always seem super happy and well loved.
Logan’s house is the BEST!! Luka’s best days are when he’s at Logan’s. The staff is friendly, communication is great, but most importantly they love my pup like he’s their own and he’s a better dog because of his experience at Logan’s House. We are so grateful!!
Milo absolutely loves going to daycare! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. Every time we pick him up, he is exhausted from a long, fulfilled day.
Update: Mia goes 2 times maybe 3 times a week! Has a ton of fun plays with bubbles. Loves everyone there. So tired when she gets home. Gets to make new friends all the time big and small! Mia loved her first day at Logans House! She is all tuckered out. She made 2 new friends and the staff took amazing pictures for me. I love that you get a report card and can add little things on for them throughout the day there! Keep up the good work 😁

Ace has been loving day care from Logan’s House! We love the pictures, videos, and report cards they do in order to see how much fun he is having throughout the day. He always comes home exhausted from playing and every staff member has been incredibly friendly!
I took my Ella for the first time here for her grooming, and she really liked it, I loved the place everyone was very friendly and welcoming to me and my pup, her grooming experience was very relaxing to her that when I brought her home she took a long nap. I will definitely be bringing her back to Logans House. Thank you for taking such good care of my Ella.
Convenient location and friendly and helpful staff, brought our old lady chocolate lab to be groomed and Logan's house did a great job, will absolutely be back!

Teddy loves it here ! When we pull into the lot he gets so excited and he is a large breed dog so it’s a bit crazy to curb his enthusiasm !
